Dear High Meadows Homeowner,

Our community website was developed to serve as an information resource for our neighborhood. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with High Meadows at Springs Ranch.    We are managed by a Board of Directors that works with a management company, Small Association Management.

High Meadows at Springs Ranch is a community of 215 homes.  We have convenient access to shopping, golf, parks, biking, and other community recreation areas.  Please check out “Sites of Interest” for more information on local government, schools, utilities, and recreation.

 Springs Ranch Golf Club

Springs Ranch Golf Club is a links style golf course that spans over 200 scenic acres. There are five different tee boxes on every hole to allow players of any caliber to test their ability. Tee times seven days in advance. The architect paid special attention to the natural landscape, by integrating the Sand Creek River Basin and the rolling plains of eastern Colorado, to give a fair but challenging test to any golfer.

Springs Ranch Golf Club is open for play year round. After a snow storm contact the Pro Shop at (719) 573-4863 or (800) 485-9771 for conditions.

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

Visit the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! Here, you'll experience an unforgettable adventure combining breathtaking mountain scenery with more than 750 animals from around the world.

All your favorites are here...from giraffes and elephants to lions and monkeys, hippos and bears. It's also a rare opportunity to see more than 30 endangered species including the Amur tiger, Mexican wolf, and Black-footed ferret!

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a tax-exempt,  non-profit public trust for the purpose of providing recreation, education, conservation and scientific facilities in zoology and related subjects, and to preserve the Zoo in perpetuity for the people of the Pikes Peak Region. The Zoo is one of only a handful of accredited zoos in the nation that operates without local tax support, depending entirely on admissions, membership dues, donations and grants for funding.
