IMPORTANT NOTES:                       

·         10% or 22 homes MUST be represented before the meeting can begin.  It IS VERY IMPORTANT that if you cannot attend the meeting that you assign your proxy to someone who will be able to attend.  If a quorum is not reached, the meeting must be rescheduled and no vusiness will be conducted and no election will take place.

·         You will be voting for 3 to 7 board members. 

·         This is also the Annual Budget Ratification Meeting, and very important financial information will be discussed.  

·         Homeowners who are not current in their HOA dues may attend, but will not be able to cast a vote.
